      I’m not sure if he was right or wrong to be mad for nearly getting killed, but it’s his own fault for how it came to be. She WARNED HIM that she wasn’t strong or good at fighting or a with magic, but he still took her in only so that he could fuck her. In that case, yes he is the bad guy.
